How are LED neon lights made?

Baidroid Neon's custom LED neon signs are created by hand and made up of small semiconductor devices called LEDs, which stands for light emitting diode.

Each LED component consists of a chip with an integrated circuit that transmits a signal electronically and enables the device to emit light.

Wire then connects the LEDs together to create a configuration based on the overall design.

Last but not least, a PVC coating is introduced to add stability and further diffuse the light.
