Custom LG Neon Sign for Australian Experiential Event

When an experiential marketing agency in Australia was preparing a large-scale outdoor activation for LG WashTower, they needed a lighting solution that would deliver both brand impact and visual attraction in a challenging nighttime environment. To support the event, we designed and produced a custom LED neon sign that perfectly matched LG’s brand identity and met the agency’s high standards for durability, brightness, and accuracy.

Project Background

The installation was part of a creative campaign titled “MOV’IN BED”, where LG showcased its WashTower appliances in an immersive, container-style setup. The agency required branded illumination that could:

  • Stand out clearly at night

  • Match LG’s official logo colors

  • Deliver stable brightness for long operation hours

  • Integrate seamlessly with the event’s set-up

  • Be safe, energy-efficient, and easy to install

Our Solution

1. Design and confirm dimension


LG Logo: diamter is 500mm


LG Letter: 530*330mm




2. Process Flow of Integrated Neon Sign

 

Step 1: convert sample pictures to vector files


Step 2:engroove on 6mm clear acrylic backboard


Step 3: install pure silicone neon flex in slot (LED strips hide inside flex)


Step 4: soldering, joint different strokes by thin transparent lines


Step 5: install ender caps, glue them on two sides of flex connection


Step 6: aging test 24-48 hours


Step 7: check accessories’ type, quantity and transformer test


Step 8: clean, wrapped with stretch film
