Warranties for Indoor Signs?

All of our signs produced for indoor use, and their electrical components (transformers, AC Plugs and Dimmers) include a 2-year warranty* valid from the date of dispatch. (*2-year warranties apply to all indoor signs, all signs purchased prior to that sign carry our regular 1-year warranty.)

If you have any issues with your product or suspect that you need to return an item, please send e-mail to larry@baidroid.cn with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for either how to return your goods for repair or replacement or provide replacement electrical components upon establishing the issue.

The fastest way for us to establish any issues is to send photos and a brief description of the issue so that we can get it solved for you as soon as possible!
