What if my neon sign is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your neon sign has been damaged in transit, Light It Up Neon will ensure that a resolution is provided.

If you believe that your neon signage has been damaged in transit, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to email us at larry@baidroid.cn with the following:

1. Provide a clear video of the damage/fault to the neon sign

2. Provide a clear video of the box & any damage to the outer box

3. Provide a clear photo of the shipping label on the box
