What if my sign arrives damaged?

If your neon sign has been damaged in transit, the best thing for you to do is to report the issue within 24-48 hours of your delivery to be eligible for an inspection. 

Damage or faults reported outside this time period will be covered on a case-by-case basis. 

Please do not ship us any neon signs for repair without prior consent.
